In 1977 while I was broken down at sea in Haiti, God spoke to my heart about the need to form an organization through which dedicated men and women could work to reach the unreached with the Gospel message. I recognized the need for such an organization to be independent from any denomination yet able to work with people of all faiths.
For about one year, we tried to get a charter under the name Worldwide Evangelism, but was not able to do so. At our first official board meeting in October 1978, we realized and agreed that indeed God was inspiring us. We sensed beyond question that we were setting the stage for something that would one day be a nationwide movement with worldwide influence. Within a month the charter was approved as World R.E.A.P for Christ (R.E.A.P.-Run Evangelize All People.)

After living a life of crime in the gang life and giving myself to it, God saved me in 1962. I knew I could do no less for God. Though at my conversion I could barely read or write, God called me into the ministry. Six months after I was saved, I was pastoring a small country church with a sawdust floor. But God was blessing! The fire of God was burning in my soul! I would drive to places to preach until I ran out of gas and then we would take our babies in our arms and walk.
One winter my family and I lived almost entirely on rabbits that we were able to catch. Throuhout my ministry, I have ridden motorcycles, driven old cars with bald tires, and flown small airplanes all over this coutnry to preach the Gospel and God always saved souls. When God called me to preach I left a good trade making good money.
I am not telling you these things to have your sympathy, but rather that you might understand the dedication that I have to the call of God in my life.
In 1973 God called me to the mission field in Haiti, West Indies, since then I have been to Haiti as many as twelve times in one year as well as several other countries.
When I see the millions who are dying without Christ I want to pray with Jesus when He prayed, "The harvest is truly great, but the labourers are few..." Luke 10:2a
The task is great! The time is short! The labourers are few! We must indeed Run Evangelize All People.

• That it is not enough to bring someone to a decision for Christ, but we must also seek to establish them in the fundamentals of Christian living.
• That we must minster to the whole man: body, soul, and spirit. Giving food to the hungry, clothing to the naked, medicine to the sick, as well as preaching the Gospel message.
• That we must teach people to care for themselves, "Give man a fish and he will eat for one day, teach man to fish and he will eat for a lifetime."
• That impoverished nations can be prosperous if its people will call on the one true God and forsake their idols and witchcraft
.• That we must teach the nations to carry the Gospel in their own country.
